Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of service without refund and, where required, reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PT TERRA TRADE GLOBAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
